 Great to have some additional infrastructure set up to hopefully foster the conditions to nurture the healthy life cycle of "hilsa" Though at what cost really ::; Criminalizing the fisherman: The numbers are depleted, because the regulations were really lacking for a while there ; could have been addressed long before , in a completely different way.
